The borrower must provide a copy of lock confirmation, final closing statement, one month mortgage
statement, note and deed of trust of the person who secured lower interest rate and their lender closing
costs must be the same or lower than him. All the documents must be provided by the borrower within
one month after the transaction closed. The rate lock timestamp must be on the same date and the
time difference must be within one hour.

The borrower must allow American Pacific Funding Group to verify the provided loan information
submitted is accurate with the associated lender.
